One-on-one with Captain 3D Phil McNally: Part 3/3

At DreamWorks, 3D education and training begins early. New animators are equipped with video cameras and software, and are encouraged to use the expansive DreamWorks campus as their ‘training grounds’ taping and creating their own 3D shorts. 3D education is a priority at DreamWorks.
