Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 Review
My mission was to test the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 as a video camera.

The first thing that must be said is that Panasonic really did its homework on this product. For the consumer that is looking for a step up from the pocket camera but doesnt want a big DSLR this is just the right choice. It has a good feel in your hands, not too big or to fragile feeling. You know what you have is a solid camera. One interesting point is that when you take the interchangeable lens off the Leica lens is significantly heavier than the body. Panasonic didnt scrimp and try to make a light body and light weight lens. And as any pro camera person knows the lens is what can make all the difference. You can have a great camera body but put a cheap lens on it and there is no way to get good quality results.
